We thought we needed a LOUD and IN CAPITALS shout of a T-shirt to hammer the message home was in order.

The work of grassroots community and people like me and you turning up is invaluable. In fact we are doing all the heavy lifting in this space, while they send thoughts and prayers. As we travel the country with the PEOPLE LIKE ME AND YOU TOUR, the proceeds of this T-shirt will go to bringing change at the grassroots level and bring the song and message into these Survivors spaces on the ground.

The Iconic PEOPLE LIKE ME AND YOU Art Print, Limited Edition Signed Copy. Printed on 350gsm Satin Art Paper 8x8 inch print Signed and Framed With People Like Me And You Song Download

More about the print: It all started where I was born, in Galway. If you’ve been there, you’ve seen our majestic cathedral. I love it (not so much the catholic part) but because my Nana used to light Novena candles for us all in the light of that beautiful stained glass. I even tattooed it on my arm along with her address.

I’ve always been fascinated by stained glass, but I wanted to reimagine how to bring it to more wholesome spaces. There are so many talented Irish stained glass artists and I went down a rabbit hole with my sis Laura Murphy. From Harry Clarke, a famous artist from the 1900s and his Irish influence to the style to contemporary art by Jim Fitzpatrick who created iconic prints of Che Guevarra and designed Sinéad O’Connor’s album covers and collabed with stained glass artist Alex Tomlin on his Cruitne Irish goddess piece which was commissioned for Bewleys in Dublin (who also have Harry Clarke pieces)!

Inspired, I brought the idea to my amazing photographer Donatella Parisini, graphic designer Jack Tierney, and Julie Corbet HAMU. Together, we recreated the artwork and it turned out beyond my dreams. We wove in a snake motif from Dee Mulrooney and Nickolla Clarke and Deadly necklace by Burren artist Margaret O'Connor

I love you love it as much as I do. And guess what? There’s more coming! More on this piece in part 2 and … stay tuned for a collection

33 and 1/3 Makes A Revolution T-Shirt

STORY OF THE TEE: This T-shirt design is a Collaboration between Irish Artist Dee Mulrooney and Arakwal Artist Nickolla Clarke and graphic designer Kate Stroud and the words from Áine's recent 'We Call You Now' releaser - "33 and 1/3 Makes A Revolution". There are 30% of population in so-called Australia who claim Irish heritage and 3% Indigenous population and together we are a force to be reckoned with.

FROM ÁINE: Just like the track, it is important for me to keep making spaces for collaboration between our two cultures. Both of these visual artists are working in their spaces for connection to country, land, and community and are so in line with the message of the song. I left the scope broad and just asked them to work with the words 33 and 1/3 makes a revolution. And I was blown away by what they visually represented in the infinity link between both cultures and how we can work together because 33 and 1/3 certainly makes for a Revolution!

FROM THE ARTISTS: Snakes have many meanings in both cultures. In Irish culture it is about reclaiming who we were before the Christianity drove the snakes out of Ireland, back to our Indigenous roots. Dee has chosen Neolithic Celtic Symbols from Newgrange, Nowth and Dowth as these are the earliest signs and artworks in Ireland and all to do with connection. You have the Eucalyptus on the left representing the Indigenous connection to land in so-called Australia and the Oak on the Right representing the Irish Indigenous connection to land. It's special how we have the Gum Nuts and the Acorns in connection too to these two trees. Nickolla says the Gabul (the Carpet Snake) "represents Arakwal people from the Bundjalung nation, it guides us and looks after us. The design has a backbone of eggs to represent the family line of Arakwal people born with this totem and highlight concepts of fertility." The design was done with pen and ink and scanned up to T-shirt here where Kate Stroud designed it up.

THE ACTUAL TEE: These are locally sourced and printed on Bundjlaung Country using the finest quality. They are super soft and beautiful on the skin. Single Jersey , 100% Cotton - Organic Ring Spun Combed, Fabric washed ,180 GSM Organic Cotton, Sustainable, FairWear, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Peta Approved Vegan,

XS- 3XL - please find Size Chart at end of pictures!

💚 MORE BLACKS MORE DOGS MORE IRISH HOODIE 💚

"Merch on a Mission" ... immerse yourself in the story of this hoodie! The Design: Another iconic bad ass collaboration. The design started in the incredible hands of Irish artist Dee Mulrooney who brought to life the now-extinct Irish Wolf with Neolithic Celtic Symbols from Newgrange, Nowth and Dowth as these are the earliest signs and artworks in Ireland and all to do with connection. It then got sent to Arakwal Artist Nickolla Clark who brought to life the Dingo. The artwork inside the Dingo represents our journeys across country, meeting and gathering at our sacred sites, waterholes and many tribal homelands. The line work connecting the circle meeting places is those sacred song lines we all travelled on for story, trading, food, ceremony and sorry business. The Words: This Hoodie is a powerful statement and a twist on the racist signs of 'No Blacks, No Dogs, No Irish' seen around USA, UK and the same attitudes that prevailed in so-called Australia since colonisation. More Blacks More Dogs More Irish need we say more. These words and powerful Dingo and Irish Wolf were sent to powerhouse Stroud de' Signs who created the layout for this hoodie.

The Printing: This Hoodie is designed to LAST! It is an extremely lush hoodie made and printed to the highest standards. Vegan, Fairwear, Organic and as snuggly AF. We literally chose THE best hoodie on the market from Organic Tees for a sustainable purchase that will last you many years. With a message this good, you want it to last. The Mission: 10% of purchase goes to Jarjum Education Initiative which is what this hoodie stands for in words and in action. This Initiative is to create Culturally Appropriate Indigenous Educational Resources for early childhood to Upper Primary School in the Northern Rivers regions. The Initiative will raise awareness and support Indigenous knowledge, cultural voices and employment.
